1999–2000 Philadelphia 76ers season
The 1999-2000 season was the 76ers' 51st season in the NBA and 37th season in Philadelphia.〔(1999-2000 Philadelphia 76ers )〕 The Sixers finished third in the Atlantic Division with a 49-33 record. Allen Iverson made his first All-Star appearance in the 2000 NBA All-Star Game. The team also sent Larry Hughes to the Golden State Warriors, and acquired Toni Kukoc from the Chicago Bulls midseason. In the first round of the playoffs, they defeated the fourth seed Charlotte Hornets, but would lose to the Indiana Pacers in the semifinals.
